Contract Intake

An intake tool for a law firm. Drop in a signed contract and it reads the parties and dates, builds the full Dropbox matter folder, drafts the paperwork and maps the key dates across an eight-week plan, with the whole automation animated on screen.

A real capture of the interactive prototype, from contract drop to done.

The brief

The firm wanted intake to run itself. A lawyer uploads one signed contract, and the busywork, folders, paperwork and calendar, should just happen. We prototyped that feeling before a line of backend was written, so the client could see it and sign off.

What we built
  • A single-screen interactive prototype: drop a contract, watch a four-step pipeline run to done.
  • It reads the contract into parties, dates and matter type, then builds six Dropbox matter folders.
  • It drafts four intake documents and maps six key dates across an eight-week plan.
  • Apple-style motion (GSAP) that makes an automation feel real and sellable before it is built.
  • A no-backend mockup, shipped fast to align the client ahead of engineering.
